1. Product must be purchased from REACHESHOP
2. Return Accepted Standard: either before receiving the product, or within 3 days after receiving the product provided that the package is in good conditions, unopened case with seal.
3. All returns and refunds applications will be verified properly by Reach Data Installation Services. In case the return has no valid reason from the customer, the customer will be charged 10JOD in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the same amount would be deducted from the total invoice value. All refunds to customers’ credit cards will take in average from 1-2 weeks.
4. Return Scenarios:
1) Customer applies on the website for return and refund before receiving products.
2) Customer rejects to receive the Product upon delivery from the courier company.
3) Customer calls Reach Data Installation Services hotline to apply for the return, and refund would be subject to satisfying the above terms and conditions.
4) Customer needs to provide proper proof of the package status to show that it is in good conditions and unopened case with seal.
